Reference for Peter Ferrito, Ferrito Education Inc.
I would like to commend Peter Ferrito for working with our boys' basketball team during the 2001-2002 and 2002-2003 seasons.
We have always had teams here with great talent, but we have often lacked leadership and team cohesiveness. Mr. Ferrito came in and continually challenged our team to take ownership and trust in each other to play up to our collective abilities. In addition, Peter continually gave me great insights in understanding and communicating with my players, ultimately preparing us to be successful on and off the court.
As a result we went from a team in disarray to an undefeated State Champion, and ranked #17 Nationally in the final USA Today newspaper poll.
Without the services of Peter Ferrito, we were an average team at best. Because of his efforts, we worked together as a cohesive team, played to our potential and achieved our goals. I fully support Mr. Ferrito in his work.
