When I booked Peter Ferrito, I was hoping for a workshop where players would have a meaningful team-building experience with significant long-lasting effects. I got much more than I had hoped for.
Through Peter's workshop, all players had opportunities to develop their leadership potential. Each player was challenged to get out of their comfort zone and grow. Players were held accountable and in the process learned about commitment and the value of each member of the team. Through a variety of team challenges, players learned about process vs. product, developed a mission statement and were able to evolve into a TEAM.
One of the most beneficial aspects of the workshop was Peter's sessions with the team captains. Captains learned how to lead, hold players accountable, and still be friends with their teammates. Peter helped me to improve as a coach and communicated with me throughout the season.
I highly recommend Peter's Team-Building Workshop. It is an investment of time and energy, but can definitely take your team to the next level and beyond.

Greetings Peter,
We just came back from another win. We are now 3-0 in our conference and 8-0 overall. We won a tournament last weekend. The team we beat in the championship was a quality opponent. Monday night we beat the defending conference champs. I was really pleased with how we handled the pressure. We had to come from behind to win. Tonight we beat a perennial rival convincingly, executing our offense very well, including some things we just practiced last night.
I think this team is beginning to believe they can accomplish great things. We talk about process and technique every day.
Practice today was amazing! Every player was soooo focused on improving their technique. We got at least 2 hours of practice in two hours. They couldn't believe that practice was over when we told them it was time to go. And they didn't want to go home!
I interviewed each girl to discuss their areas of improvement and to get their insights on the workshop. Each player was able to verbalize process vs product. They are now believers. ... The team is working hard, having fun, and can't wait to come to practice.
