It is indeed a privilege to recommend Ferrito Education, Inc. Team-Building & Leadership Training for any school group. The Richland Band has participated in two workshops led by Peter Ferrito. The results of these—along with the follow up visits—have reached well beyond the two year period of the workshop. The team building reaches the entire program, not just the student leaders.
Students have been motivated to become fine leaders and fine people through several activities. In addition, through the team-building aspect of the workshop, the Richland Band has enjoyed tremendous cooperation by our student leaders leading to great communications and consensus throughout the total band program.
By participating as Directors, we have noticed a great deal of trust and respect with the student leadership. There are several topics that help develop the individual as well group dynamic, leading to a more positive experience. The motto of Ferrito Education is "Creating Tomorrow's Leaders with Today's Youth." We feel that this has been truth in advertising at Richland High School.
