Experience
Develops and presents team-building and leadership workshops tailored to the needs of each group. The goal of the workshops is to maximize the potential of:
- high school marching bands
- student councils and student governments
- sports teams
- choirs
- drill teams
Consults with parent booster clubs, instructional staffs, and management teams in business to improve their cohesiveness and productivity
Develops and implements sports psychology programs for highly competitive and championship high school sports teams
Consults with individual athletes to increase their confidence and ability to perform under pressure
Writes articles for publication
Taught a highly successful high school marching band percussion section
Taught life skill training to at-risk inner city teens in a residential treatment setting
Assisted 250+ high achieving teens in pursuing athletic and academic scholarship opportunities
Trained over 600 student leader teams since 1995. These student leader teams have used the training to empower the individuals and organizations they serve.
